What we do and what we do not do
Our litigation practice acts for individuals. We bring workplace accident and occupational illness claims, harassment and discriminatory dismissal proceedings, and family, succession and consumer matters before the courts of Mendoza.
Our advisory practice is separate and preventive. We advise organisations on how to meet Argentine employment, safety and data protection obligations. We do not defend employers in the type of claim we bring, and we say so plainly because a firm that did both could not give either client honest advice.
If a matter falls outside that boundary we will tell you at the first contact rather than after taking a retainer.
The team
The firm works as a small team of four lawyers rather than a department structure. The person who assesses a matter is the person who handles it, and there is no layer between the client and the lawyer doing the work.

How we work with foreign counsel
A good deal of our advisory work reaches us through lawyers or advisers outside Argentina who need local input on a specific question. In those matters we understand that what you need is a clear answer with the reasoning behind it, not a survey of everything the statute might say.
We write our analysis in English, we state our conclusion first, and we flag where Argentine practice diverges from what the text of the law would suggest, which in employment matters happens more often than foreign advisers expect.
Where we are
Our office is at Pedro Vargas 560, first floor, in the City of Mendoza. Mendoza sits at the centre of Argentine wine production and is a significant region for agriculture, mining services and energy, which shapes much of the work that comes to us.
